- عدم القدرة على تسجيل الدخول، أو الوصول إلى وظائف المعالجة الأساسية (تحميل/معالجة)، أو أخطاء خادم 5xx مستمرة في ظل ظروف الشبكة العادية
- يستثني الصيانة المجدولة (مع إشعار مسبق)، أو مشكلات جهاز/شبكة المستخدم، أو انقطاعات الطرف الثالث (CDN/السحابة/الدفع)، أو القوة القاهرة
تحديد المسؤولية: باستثناء ما هو منصوص عليه صراحة أعلاه، لن تكون إزالة الكتابة اليدوية مسؤولة عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية. في جميع الحالات، تكون مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية محدودة برسوم دورة الفوترة المتأثرة.
